4 YEAR ND FOR CHIROPRACTORS DIPLOMA PROGRAM
According to the National Institute of Health, Americans are spending more than $30 billion each
year on Naturopathic Medicine. Naturopathy is growing significantly and has become more popular as
conventional healthcare is becoming prohibitively costly. Naturopathy is also growing along with
the general population’s trending interest in alternative health approaches, as well as concerns
about negative side effects of many drugs and procedures.
The Macomb County Chiropractic Association (MCCA) has been conferring with the American Academy of
International Education (AAIE) for the past two years regarding the development of a special
Naturopathic Medicine program with advanced standing for licensed Chiropractors in consideration of
their previous education.
Accordingly, MIE has now developed an accelerated competency-based 1-Year ND program at a special
reduced total tuition of $4,800.00 for licensed Chiropractors.
1. Chiropractors receive credit or exemptions for prior studies at Chiropractic College and/or
other graduate or undergraduate programs, subject to review and approval of AAIE.
2. AAIE may offer additional credits, from its normal
2-Year ND Program curriculum via a comprehensive exam, and/or a research study.
3. It is estimated that most Chiropractors will receive up to 50 per cent or more credits for
prior studies, subject to AAIE’s review of each student’s official academic transcripts.
4. Some of the remaining programs may be completed online on a guided self-study basis, while
others will be completed at the AAIE Campus in Clinton Township, Michigan.
5. The non-traditional case-study methodology of AAIE is enhanced by weekly classroom sessions.
6. The total program tuition has been reduced to
$4,800.00, including the admission fee, evaluation fee and semester registration.
The tuition may be paid in 12 monthly payments of
$400.00, without any interest or service fee.
8. Cost of books is not included in the tuition (estimated book expense is $300.00 – $600.00).
• The classes are held each Thursday from 5:30pm until 7:30pm.
• Admissions are on-going year-round. Please contact AAIE website for more information, or send an
email to info@)americanacademyedu.org. You may also call or text: 248-822-6000
• Chiropractors who are NOT a member of the Macomb County Chiropractic Association may also be
qualified to participate in this special program.
• Chiropractors who wish to do the entire 4-Year ND program of 4,030 hours, may do so in
approximately two years at a reduced tuition, paying just half of the regular full tuition which is
$19,000.00.
